| September 19th | 9 AM to 2 PM | Zoom Call | Region Event
Our annual Region Training Conference 2020 was coined Sta-RTC, and it was held on September 19th, 2020! It was held via Zoom, and although we were not able to scream and shout in person, spirit and laughter still radiated through the Zoom conference. During this event, members were given the option to browse through an abundance of presentation workshops. These workshops theme covered topics like: the duties of a president; how to take care of your mental health; and how to grow a wallflower. Throughout the entire event, the LTG's were keeping track of each division's spirit through a point system. At the end, we concluded the event with a heated tournament of games between all divisions! Some of the games comprised of 'the zoomed in pixel game' (shown in the middle row photos) and Nitrotype (the concluding game). There was a tier list keeping track of which divisions would advance within 3 rounds. Division 27 North took home the win as our members showed their spirit and support both in the chat, and during the games. Sta-RTC was a blast, and we want to thank the lieutenant governors who worked hard to prepare this for Region 16!

RTC was a really fun experience because I got to learn more about key club and the opportunities that they have. There were also tons of other key clubbers that attended and it was amazing to see just how many people are a part of key club in our region. I also had a great time when the divisions were competing against each other and our division came out on top! Overall, RTC was really amazing and I can't wait to attend more in the future.
