Middle College High School Key Club’s 8th General Meeting

MCHSKC’s 8th general meeting was held at Delta College’s West Forum from 5:05 to 5:45. During this meeting, attendees were able to do service to meet or complete FRN requirements. The meeting started off with the pledge salute. Our Secretary, Kiara Flores, dived right into the secretary report in which she talked about the October service projects, on-going service opportunities, and FRN requirements and transportation. Our president, Jamie Lynn Phan, took over and talked about new business and club goals. She announced the Service Project Committee Freshman results in which Abigael Nguyen was picked! The movie, Coraline, was put up on the big screens and members and officers could enjoy watching the Halloween classic while doing service. The service included making cards or decorating candy bags for a nursing home, just in time for the elderly to enjoy Halloween! Many attendees enjoyed this easy service while watching Coraline with their friends. As time came to an end, we adjourned the meeting at 5:45.
