MCHSKC’s first general meeting was held at West Forum from 5:05-5:30 PM on February 7th. We started off the meeting with the Key Club pledge presented by our Vice President, Habeeb Khan. We dived right into our ice breaker which consisted of members in each column to create a 15-second TikTok dance. Each column had one leader, who had to ensure their column danced consistently and in sync. The executive board participated in this icebreaker as they went last to show all the members what they had to offer! After our fun icebreaker held by Adelyna Chathankone and Kimberly Truong, we went over member reflections, club news, secretary report, club and division news and finally district news. MCHSKC has a program where we recognize outstanding members each month to praise them for their hard work. The member of the month went to Aashna Singh. We discussed executive board positions near the end of our meeting, which included President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions. Our current executive board went into detail on what they do with their position as their term is sadly coming towards the end.
