The Lodi Pride Festival was held at High Water Brewing, which served as the venue for the event. The event was specifically held in Lodi, on June 4th from 10-5PM, with two shifts happening at 10-1:30PM and 1:30-5PM. At the event, which was open to all members of D27N grizzlies, attendees were greeted with greetings, all smiles, and warm appreciation for the service that was completed by attendees of the event. Funny enough, the event had many hands as is from all the various booths participating in the festival, and therefore there was not much service left to do. While this may be unfortunate from purely a service standpoint, the attendees, including myself, were happy to hear that all aspects of the event had been covered and completed in order to have an optimal experience at the event for people entering the festival. The only tasks that people really needed help with was setting up and moving around a canopy onto the stage to cover performances and perform from the sun and rain, as well as cleaning up the event. However, only some of the key club volunteers stayed long enough to clean, while others, like myself, unfortunately had to leave prior to the ending of the event. All in all, what a wonderful and PRIDEFUL experience the service event and festival was!
