Going Green DCM

On July 24th, 2020, from 2 -4 PM via Zoom, our division held a Division Council Meeting with service after. After meeting in the main session, our members were split into three service rooms (Breakout Rooms), where everyone chatted and plarned. Our division members plarned recycled plastic bags, which were rolled into plarn balls in the end. Each home club president will organize how their club's plarn balls can be picked up and donated safely. These plarn balls will be donated to the Corpus Christi Catholic Church by mail!

The Going Green DCM was fun to say the least. Making plarn balls was easier than i thought and spending time with everyone made the time pass by fast. There was a lot of fun and interesting conversations between the members in my breakout room. Even though i didn’t talk much, it was nice to hear that everyone was doing well in quarantine. I hope the next dcm goes as well as this one did!
