Every year, Middle College hosts a Club Fest, which brings together all of the school’s clubs and are displayed at a designated spot. Club Fest was Middle College’s first in-person event of the year. This event is similar to Club Rush, except each club has the opportunity to raise funds for their own club. The theme for this year was Disneyland, so all of the clubs had a Disney-themed Booth. Middle College Key Club’s theme was Ursula. Club Fest was held at Budd 3 Parking Lot on October 1st from 4:30PM to 6PM. At our Ursula inspired booth, we sold candy packets for $.25 and Madeleines for $1. All proceeds would go to the Pediatric Trauma Program. Our peace officers, Kimberly Truong and Adelyna Chathankone, organized a ring toss activity for students and staff to play. Students and staff could receive a MCHSKC sticker if they could toss the circle styrofoams into the trident. Our club raised $44 from our donated snacks for PTP thanks to our advisor, Michele Dueltgen, and we were only $1 away from our goal. Many students and staff complemented MCHSKC’s booth!
