At the 2020 CTC, members and officers who were interested in learning about the duties of a Lieutenant Governor and the requirements for candidates attended. CTC had to occur over a Zoom Meeting, however, the Region 16 LTG's did not fail to create a great experience for all attendees. There was a schedule and phan-let that was set in place, so attendees new exactly what to expect from the event. One of my favorite aspects about the event was the mock caucus session that occurred towards the end of the meeting. During this time, brave participants would volunteered to be asked a sample question from the caucus question master list that would be used during real Conclaves to question real LTG candidates. This was great practice and training for the actual election process, and I decided to spontaneously volunteer to do it! Although it was nerve-wracking, my response was well accepted by the other attendees, and it made me feel very excited. Thank you to all advisors and lieutenant governors who put together this event for me! I will continue to do my research about the duties of an LTG and might run one day!
